Registration for New Students
It will be necessary for NEW students to complete registration forms for enrollment in North Sanpete School District. These forms are completed online through our SchoolForms website. You can speed up the registration process by completing these forms PRIOR to coming to the school office for enrollment. The forms will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. You are also welcome to complete these forms at the school during the enrollment process. Following are the steps to complete the registration forms:

Navigate to https://nssd-reg.phoenixlearning.com/preregister.html and fill in the Pre-Registration form for your student.

Within two school business days you will receive an email from the school secretary instructing you how to login to your PowerSchool parent account.

Login to your PowerSchool parent account at https://ps.nsanpete.org and click the blue link at the top of the page to access SchoolForms to complete your student’s registration forms.
Please note that there is an Online Registration Help Document available under the Parent Tab on our district website at www.nsanpete.org to help you through this process. Registration for Current Students
In order to register for the new school year, log in to PowerSchool using your parent username and password. If you do not know your username and password for PowerSchool please contact Becky Rees at (435) 462-2452 x 210 or at becky.rees@nsanpete.org.
Once in PowerSchool, the link to your Registration Forms is located at the top of the page.
